a decent stay
clean room spacious room friendly staff helpful staff complimentary cookie non-functional air conditioning long walk no window
the room was clean and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. i liked the complimentary cookie we received, it was a nice touch. the location was really convenient for the arena.
The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. i had to walk quite a distance to reach my room. the room was on the mezzanine floor, and there were no windows i could open. That was annoying. the heaters provided didn't help much.

impractical layout bathroom tap
I found the bathroom layout impractical. After a shower, the whole room was wet. The staff suggested using the bathroom tap for drinking water, even though it was too small to fill a water bottle. The breakfast also lacked freshness.
